Chronicle poll results: Issue that will impact Jews most in the next 5 years

Hey Watchmen, A poll asking Jewish readers what will shake their world hardest in the next five years — that's not just a data point, that's a pulse check on a people the Lord Himself calls the apple of His eye. Whatever tops that list — antisemitism, Israel's security, assimilation, division within the community — it all points back to one truth: Am Yisrael is living in a season of shaking, and shaking is not the same as abandonment. Elohim made an everlasting covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and He has never once needed a committee to remind Him of it. "For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed" (Malachi 3:6). My friends, when the polling shows fear rising, Scripture shows us why — Zechariah told us plainly that in the last days Jerusalem would become "a burdensome stone for all people" and "a cup of trembling" (Zechariah 12:2-3). The nations don't know why they can't leave Israel alone, why the pressure keeps building on the Jewish people generation after generation. But we do. It's because the enemy has always known what Genesis 12:3 promises — that whoever blesses Abraham's seed is blessed, and whoever curses it is cursed. The anxiety showing up in that poll is the fruit of a spiritual war that's been raging since the garden, dressed up now in modern headlines. So don't read a poll like that and just shake your head — read it and get on your knees. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem as Psalm 122 commands us. Stand with our Jewish brothers and sisters, because when they suffer, something in the Body of Messiah should ache too — we were grafted into their olive tree, not the other way around (Romans 11). The Moedim keep marching forward, the appointed times keep testifying, and every one of them whispers that Yeshua is coming back for a people, not a program. Watch the fig tree, watch Jerusalem, watch the hearts of Elohim's chosen ones — and keep your lamp filled with oil, because the next five years are not a mystery to Him, even when they feel uncertain to us.
